Dan & Barbi Slick, owners of Slick’s Big Time BBQ, have always enjoyed cooking and entertaining with their family and friends. There’s nothing better in life than enjoying each other’s company, good food, delicious local wines and microbrews; and our beautiful Oregon summers.
What began in their home has developed into a successful business with a restaurant in Wilsonville, a catering company, food truck, YouTube Cooking Channel and full product line.
Slick’s Big Time BBQ is BIG on flavor! Never over-smoked, but always Mouth-watering, Award-winning BBQ! We are one of Oregon’s top BBQ catering companies, known for excellent service from start to finish and delicious BBQ that keep customers coming back each year to book their events, or bring their friends to our popular Wilsonville restaurant. 
Slick’s Big Time BBQ has been in the catering business over 10 years, having served hundreds of thousands of guests, one guest at a time. From traveling Country music artists, to professional sports teams, to prominent companies; we are committed to providing friendly and professional service spending time with clients and creating unique experiences and menus to fit their needs. No matter the size of your event.
